POSITION: Digital Marketing and Analytics Intern

Jaguar Land Rover North America’s internship program is a great opportunity for college students entering their junior or senior year, or who are currently in a graduate school program, to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of the automotive industry!  This is a great opportunity for personal growth and development from a business and learning perspective.

 

In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience across various digital marketing channels, including website management, media planning, performance marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM). As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to help optimize the customer journey through data-driven insights and innovative strategies.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Assist with website updates and enhancements to improve user experience and drive conversions.
  • Support media planning and campaign execution, including audience targeting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to monitor and optimize paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities for personalization, and lifecycle marketing improvements.
  • Generate insights from analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure channel performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Help develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives to improve content, design, and messaging across platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to enhance digital marketing efforts.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Enrolled in a college/university degreed program in the Fall of 2025.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, social media ad managers).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.
