POSITION: Customer Service Business Development Sr. Specialist

Recruitment Salary Range: $92,000 - $115,000*

Reporting to the Customer Experience & Commercial Revenue Director, you will be responsible for generating revenue for the Customer Experience & Commercial Revenue department in JLR through the retailer network in North America.

- Parts Revenue Responsibility:
- Customer paid parts budget and performance
- Parts revenue business plan creation and deployment
- Performance tracking with JLR NA Field Team and at retailer level
- Seasonal initiatives to achieve incremental parts revenue
- Parts Wholesale program (Trade):
- Act as the liaison between JLR Global and the contracted vendor in market
- Coordinate daily activities with vendor to achieve wholesale program targets
- Manage Trade business reporting and program strategy
- Develop and deploy initiatives to achieve incremental wholesale parts revenue based on retailer and independent repair facilities’ demands
- Work closely with parts pricing, marketing, purchasing and other customer experience groups to best leverage this program
- Revenue through Remanufactured Parts:
- Single point of contact for remanufactured parts in market
- Address and resolve retailer or field team inquiries on remanufactured parts
- Work closely with global to best define high potential areas for remanufactured parts

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of operational experience in Customer Service/ Business Development/ Revenue
- 5+ years of experience in driving and implementing strategic projects and programs
- Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders
- Ability to prepare and manage a budget
- Ability to analyze data and draw business conclusions
- Good understating of retail service operations
- Strong negotiating and change management skills
Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
