Reporting to the Decision Science Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and providing actionable recommendations to support business strategies.

What you will be doing:

• Utilizing Google Cloud Platform to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis and reporting
• Developing and maintaining SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various sources
• Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends
• Collaborating with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical solutions.
• Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
• Communicating findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and detailed reports.
• Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to BI and analytics

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2 years minimum job related experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis preferred, but not required.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for creating interactive and insightful dashboards and reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for data management and analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

Recruitment Salary Range: $60,000 - $77,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
