WHAT TO EXPECT
The Brand Design Team are creative and passionate Industrial product design experts, working collaboratively multiple commodities with Modern Luxury in mind.
As an experienced designer, you will be focused on thoughtful and impactful creative excellence and craft across a broad scope of projects within the team. Creating engaging concepts and ideas through to developed and refined executions, they with have the capability to work both autonomously as the creative lead and also work closely with the Head of Visual Identity and Brand Chiefs to deliver against the Modern Luxury vision across the JLR house of brands. They will also have the capability to inspire and excite both internal and external customers through articulate, passionate, compelling and succinct delivery of creative solutions.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- To contribute and assist in the development of new concepts / ideas and challenge conventional thinking in problem solving
- Ability to own and lead design projects (as shared / advised via Brand Programme team) from concept to delivery, become the point of contact for other functions or stakeholders for projects they are accountable for
- Develop the virtual and physical design properties of their specific project, to the highest level of maturity and refinement
- Proven experience of the creation of best-in-class design
- Proven skills in visually and verbally communicating ideas and solutions in an articulate manner
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- A creative mindset fuelled by curiosity for brands, culture, art, and design
- Significant industry experience, working successfully across a range of Brand Identity projects in the luxury space
- Comfortable working across different disciplines, predominantly brand identity
