As a Corporate Security Leader here you will form part of the Corporate Security & Business Protection (CSBP) Leadership team that is a focal role in the management and leadership of the site-based operations and the wide-reaching stakeholders.
 

WHAT TO EXPECT 

In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organisation. Here’s what to expect:
 

  • Manage security standards across the business remain at the highest levels and apply the relevant policies in conjunction with JLR’s Risk Management Framework
  • Manage the Business Continuity Planning and play an active role in the local Incident Management Team (IMT)
  • Provide leadership and management to all stakeholders and personnel to ensure they are directed and supported in the delivery of departmental objectives 
  • Deploy recognised processes and policies into the site(s) and ensure governance/adherence is effective
  • Communicate effectively to other members of staff in the department, the vision and goals of the organization to ensure full compliance


WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
 

  • Must have extensive experience in people management and team leadership
  • Policy improvement ‘mind set’ with the ability to identify and implement robust solutions and enhancements
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to influence at a senior level
  • A successful track record of leading process improvements
