WHAT TO EXPECT
You will join our team as a VAL Software Integration engineer responsible for the integration and delivery of sub-systems with a focus on one or more AAD Customer Experiences including Cruise, LKA, DSA, Active Safety, Parking, Vision.
You will potentially cover the VAL integration into all the above customer experience areas.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Provide technical support in debugging of software issues and generation of ICA and PCAs
• Support the customer experience teams in the bring up of new features and prove out of End to End System behaviour meets requirements
• Manage and perform data analysis and assist with software validation
• Support and participate in the Bi Weekly release process
• Ensure functional and relevant methods of measurements are present for features prior to testing the software
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Experienced in design and development of middleware software based on Linux/QNX/Adaptive AUTOSAR with hands on experience of basic Linux/QNX commands
• Hands on experience in programming languages like C/C++
• Excellent debugging skills on HIL and Vehicle environment
• A solid understanding of systems engineering
• Ideally will have worked in a complex automotive project owning the responsibility for requirements analysis, design, implementation and validation
