WHAT TO EXPECT

 

This is a critical role within the Commercial chapter, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Services Ecommerce shopping capability for all connected vehicles with product and service subscriptions. The vision for the Services storefront is that it will provide a frictionless, personalised and timely purchasing experience through the preferred channels of every client. 


You will be focused on ensuring the effective operational running of the Ecommerce capability for Services. Targeted with maximising order volume, revenue and customer satisfaction. You will also be required to manage the addition of products to the existing capability, working with IT and technical partners where appropriate.  


You will manage in life support to the markets where capability has been launched, assessing performance enhancements to drive additional revenue. This is a role that provides key input to delivering an enterprise leading Ecommerce position within JLR.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 

 

  • Ensure our Services Ecommerce platforms remain live and function as designed, maximising revenue generation and customer satisfaction with our connected products and services
  • Identify and support the in-life improvement of the transactional capability for JLR’s connected products and services
  • Ensure timely updates to the product catalogue and pricing through in life ownership of the platform, developing performance, driving sales optimisation, and implementing trading initiatives
  • Manage the support the platform post go-live acting as the escalation point and the Commercial Channel Owner of the Ecommerce platform
  • Incident management, ensuring compliance to incident framework eg setting site to maintenance mode within the framework, support digital subject access requests
     

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

  • Digital Operations expertise 
  • Digital Product Management and ownership
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Ecommerce expertise and channel ownership
  • Strong knowledge of online retail trends and voice of customer
