WHAT TO EXPECT
Process Excellence demands that we understand and inspect our processes, connecting the underlying data & systems, simplifying and streamlining where possible. It also demands that we measure through assessment and KPIs how effective, efficient and active the processes are, fostering a culture and mindset that is focussed on continuous iteration and improvement.
You’ll play an important role in driving process excellence and performance improvement within the organisation.
You’ll be responsible for assessing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve a Process Capability and Maturity Assessment methodology
- Deploy Process Assessments as a tool to identify Process Improvement opportunities
- Maintain a process to train and assure competency of Process Assessors
- Track and govern delivery of Process Improvement opportunities
- Track and publish the process maturity indicators for Process (L3) Landscape
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Extensive knowledge of Process capability assessment methodologies, such as Baldrige Excellence Framework, ISO33001 and strong knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF169494
- Proven experience in process improvement, process excellence, or related roles
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise initiatives, allocate resources, and meet deadlines
