WHAT TO EXPECT

You will manage the delivery of creative digital imagery assets, supporting Vehicle Launches at each stage of the process. This role will ensure the highest levels of digital images and animations are created to showcase a new vehicle/program at launch, all through a modern luxury lens.
Key Accountabilites and Responsibilities
- Managing the production of digital Launch imagery assets, making sure they are on schedule and produced to the highest quality levels to meet vehicle launch timings
- Manage the creation of customer facing Images for a variety of media: Social, Web, Point of sale and Launch events in a variety of formats, ensuring they meet both the creative brief and legal requirements
- Work closely with the Materiality function to ensure that Colour and Material application for Digital imagery created by the Launch Visualisation imagery team are accurate to the visual intent
- Ensure creative direction and a Modern Luxury lens is applied to all Launch imagery content, so quality and a consistent look and feel is applied according to both Brand and Vehicle design requirements
- Ensure standards, guidelines and best practices are adhered to by members of the team in various squads to maintain consistent workflow approach
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Digital Visualisation experience and ability to lead a team delivering in the production of digital creative visual assets at pace
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to a team of multi-skilled Digital artist
- Experience using 2D design compositing & editing tools e.g. Photoshop, After Effects & Premiere
- Experience using 3D modelling & visualisation tools e.g. VRED, Maya, Blender & Unreal
- Understanding of the Vehicle Design process and knowledge of design roles, from concept generation to production design delivery
