WHAT TO EXPECT

 

You’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of the internal communications strategy and communications priorities for a large, diverse audience working across the globe. 

 

The role will involve responsibility for communication channels, including newsletters, email, video production and editing, business critical updates and co-ordinating events.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the ongoing development and improvement (utilising available metrics) of the internal communication strategy and channels for the Product Engineering organisation
  • Produce and maintain key communications across channels including email briefs, vlogs and newsletters
  • Delivery of written, film and photography assets to support planned and reactive communications
  • Support the planning and delivery of events such as Town Halls, campaigns and initiatives
  • Stakeholder management – working with colleagues across all levels to advise and produce material/content

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Corporate communications experience – ideally having work for a large organisation with complex, diverse internal audiences. Examples: Communications / Engagement Officer, Executive. Internal events co-ordinator
  • Experience of the production and management of content and/or events, including photo/vlog/film shoots/briefs/storyboards as required
  • Commercially astute – used to working in a business environment
  • A good level of IT competence is required in programmes such as Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Strong ability to organise self, and prioritise workload in order to meet tight deadlines and multiple conflicting priorities
