WHAT TO EXPECT
The role of Head of Workplace Experience will focus on creating and maintaining a productive, engaging, and well-functioning workplace environment supporting customer love.
This position will inform workplace services to improve employee experience ensuring it aligns with JLR’s Creator’s Code.
This role is pivotal in shaping how employees interact with their work environment, influencing not just productivity but also overall satisfaction and retention.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Workplace Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns with JLR’s business goals, Creator’s Code, and employee needs
- Space Utilisation: Analyse current workspace utilisation and design innovative solutions to optimise space, increase flexibility and support diverse workstyles
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to workplace
- transformations, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and minimal disruption to business operation
- Real Estate Technology: Leverage technology platforms (e.g., IWMS, CAFM) to drive efficiencies in planning, reporting, and portfolio management
- Management of Outsourced Providers: Enhancing employee experience through the delivery of soft services (catering, cleaning, reception management and transportation)
- Implementation of smart office technologies
- Proactively partner with IDT, developing and implementing best in class technology platforms to ensure productivity and collaboration
- Lead the delivery of space to support JLR events
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Hard Skills
- BS/BA degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent work experience) required
- Significant experience of delivering a seamless integration of remote and in-person work
- through strategic planning
- Extensive experience of physical workplace design and delivery on a global scale
- Significant experience in leadership and managing teams and influencing senior level leaders and cross functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead corporate wide, global initiatives
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional

- Budgeting and Financial Acumen; competence in managing budgets for workplace
