The Creative (Exec) Business Manager supports the CCO, Creative First Line and Head of Creative Exec Office by supporting delivery of the Creative Strategy, overseeing content preparation, operational efficiency, and workflow management within the Creative Exec Office and First Line.

In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organisation. Here’s what to expect:
•    Collaborate with the Internal communication, events and people and engagement teams on planning and preparation for studio visits, town halls, Creative events.
•    Coordinate and manage special projects as directed by the Head of Creative Exec Office
•    Manage the personal assistant team supporting the Creative Directors, ensuring consistency and prioritisation across the function.
•    Identify opportunities to maximise efficiencies and improved ways of working within the CCO first line. 
•    Working closely with the CCO EA to prioritise daily and weekly schedules, ensuring efficient use of the CCO’s time. This will be managed through close interaction with the wider Creative teams, as well as stakeholders across the enterprise and partners in external agencies. Manage, track and document progress of the priorities of the CCO and Creative first line, ensuring efficient follow up and completion of tasks, highlighting any risks/ dependencies as required.
•    Develop content for briefings, presentations, and final meeting materials for all board related sessions, including PLC, meetings with external and internal partners. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

 

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

  • Experience in Creative/ Design studio management.
  • An individual who is able to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.
  • Ability to adapt in fast moving environment with experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to build and manage multiple internal and external relationships.
  • An individual who is resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, able to deliver results under pressure, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
