In protecting those Regulatory Investigations play a critical role in dealing with investigations and cases of Whistleblowing in an efficient and appropriate manner.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

As an Investigations Coordinator you will be acting as a key member of the team, supporting the Regulatory Investigations team in the day-to-day running and coordination of investigations. 

•    Arranging all meetings including taking notes.
•    Ensuring all investigation files are correctly stored and trackers are updated and supporting on case work as and when required including reviewing data.
•    Handling all departmental SAP related Purchasing activities - raising shopping carts / purchase orders.
•    Managing the process for requesting electronic data, including management of the mailbox and requests as well as supporting all Record Management activities
•    Support championing activities within the business such as GDPR, Health & Safety, Data.

 

 WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

•    Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to your work to handle multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
•    Proficient note taking skills.
•    Experience of MS O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , SharePoint, Tableau preferred but not essential.
•    Understanding or experience within an engineering / manufacturing or purchasing sector would be an advantage.
