WHAT TO EXPECT

 

We are currently hiring for the position of a Business Transformation Lead here at JLR. In this role, you will join a fast paced team dedicated to improving our business operating model and future of Global Manufacturing engineering. You will oversee and be a centralised point of contact for all cadence, governance, actions and strategy, and within the central team, will work determine our integrated business plan for global manufacturing engineering and the governance of it. Please note that due to the nature of the job requirements, a hybrid working model will not be able to be accomodated, and you will need to come to the office 5 days a week.

 

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Ensuring overall structure, cadence and actions for Business Excellence are achieved and communicated in a transparent manner

  • Co-Develop strategic papers in conjunction with the Manufacturing excellence and IO strategic initiatives

  • Co-Develop and deliver a strategy for our communications

  • Work with cross function and operational teams to ensure objectives and activity plans are captured in the overall project plans

  • Contribute to the resolution of key technical and strategic challenges

  • Provide assistance and support in recording all data to ensure adherence to relevant procedures

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

In order to be considered for this position, you will need to have come from a Business Transformation background, and we are ideally looking for this experience to be form a manufacturing environment, whether this be automotive, food, pharmaceuticals, etc.
