WHAT TO EXPECT:
As a Business Planner your role will be to provide administrative support to Industrial Operations Digital & Innovation team, assisting in delivering excellent customer service and key business processes. You will be an active member of the team and deliver timely and efficient maintenance of a range of administrative duties, depending on the current need of the area. you will need to be proactive in their delivery and adaptable in your working style to a variety of daily challenges

 

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to operational teams. Including Booking venues, catering and general events logistics
  • Raising purchase orders and managing invoices
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
  • Acting as a point of contact for the team and wider business on general queries
  • Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Previous experience working in an administration role 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing organisation 
  • Detail orientated with good organisational skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills – particularly with Microsoft Office
