What to expect

The position will be for product owner within Assisted and Automated Driving department with demonstrable agile delivery experience to lead and deliver in vehicle software architecture and maintain for our existing and new platforms.

You will be part of a strong and competent team with a complex and demanding stakeholders & supplier engagement and your primary responsibilities will be to lead, develop, present and get agreement on the proposals for the product development and delivery of your product in an agile way.

What you’ll need

You will be responsible for the product scope decomposition and delivery on time with clear vision and direction to the Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the product development life cycle. You will be expected to collaborate with other Product Group Leaders, Product Leaders in managing and refining product backlog to drive value in accordance with business priorities. You will maintain a product roadmap for short, medium and long term continuously evaluating with stakeholders and adjusting in accordance with agile methodologies as well as providing technical leadership and Product delivery of the SW Architecture & Maintenance Squad.

Ideally, you will have strong experience on SW multi-OS in-vehicle platform and feature architecture specifically in ADAS. You will be responsible for base-lining and version control of the SW design for a SW release. Practical working knowledge of Agile methodologies is crucial to the success of the successful candidate in this position.

Knowledge, skills & experience

Essential

• Previous experience working within a technical environment and delivery of Autosar and POSIX platform.
• Experience within engineering Product Management/ Product Development/ Product Ownership/ Engineering delivery experience.
• Demonstrable delivery of software using agile engineering methods and processes such as (Scrum, Kanban or SAFE)
