WHAT TO EXPECT
Join JLR as a Senior Rewards Consultant and take the lead in shaping our global and UK reward processes. In this pivotal role, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing annual cycle activities, legislative reporting, and providing expert benchmarking insights. You’ll work closely with the wider Reward team and business stakeholders to deliver seamless processes while driving continuous improvements.
You’ll play a key role in delivering on critical initiatives, such as the compensation planning and general increase processes, job evaluations, and compliance audits. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure accurate and effective resolutions to complex reward-related queries and guide the Reward Consultants to develop their skills and expertise.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you’ll work across departments, maintaining strong relationships with HR teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that reward processes align with business goals. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Lead the annual cycle plan for rewards, including compensation planning and general increases.

Oversee key reporting requirements, such as Gender Pay Reporting and Minimum Wage audits.

Conduct and manage global job evaluations and role downgrades.

Ensure market data consistency across UK and Europe, supporting recruitment ranges and salary structures.

Resolve complex reward-related queries, including pay and incentive recalculations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Proven experience in a Reward-focused HR role, with strong knowledge of reward processes and principles.

Advanced Excel skills and exceptional analytical expertise.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.

Experience questioning the status quo and influencing decisions with data-driven insights.
