The JLR Training Academy is part of the Italian National Sales Company, dedicated to the technical training and growth of our people and a centre of excellence for the automotive sector. It also hosts the headquarter of the Italian Engineering Team who specialise in assisted and automated driving software development.

JLR is undergoing a digital-first, data-driven transformation to drive the future of the automotive industry.
Starting in 2025, all new Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles will be built on the NVIDIA DRIVE™ software-defined platform-delivering a wide spectrum of active safety, automated driving and parking systems as well as driver assistance systems.
Part of JLR Italy, our team will have the opportunity to work with a hybrid, agile and collaborative approach, cooperating in a global organisation on the development of the new Assisted and Automated Driving features and playing a key role in reimagining the future of luxury and design with innovation.
