Reporting to the Aftersales Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at increasing parts sales, enhancing customer retention, and improving the overall customer experience within Customer Service. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, a keen interest in the luxury automotive market, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with internal teams, retailers, and external business partners to help drive performance and support business objectives.

Support the execution of strategic initiatives to help increase parts sales and other KPIs across the retailer network.
Assist in the coordination and tracking of CPP sales incentive programs and other promotions.
Monitor and report on parts sales and other Aftersales KPI performance.
Support customer initiatives aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
Assist in managing customer engagement programs, including branded goods and service events.
Support market research initiatives to identify competitive trends and contribute to informed decision-making.
Track and report on competitor Aftersales activities and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team on diverse projects and operational activities
Perform other support duties as required.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

As the system architect for Roll Stability Control (RSC) you will play a key part in re-imagining & delivering improved RSC functionality brining it in line with the latest JLR & industry standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Working closely with the RSC system owner, state estimation SME & in collaboration with vehicle dynamics:
Lead definition & maintenance of the system architecture for RSC, providing architectural oversight during software development, integration & validation.
Translate use cases, functional & non-functional requirements into logical/system architecture & interface design.
Lead control system integration, guiding through design decisions, trade-offs & implementation strategies.
Ensure modularity, scalability, & reusability of control system components across vehicle platforms & variants.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between RSC system architecture & vehicle performance targets.
Support hazard analysis, safety concept development & technical safety requirement definition.

Manage Supplier, and Supply Chain Risk, management for assigned commodities post SCPA, ensuring the supply chain operates in accordance with JLRQ (or equivalent), customer and governmental regulations.
Ensure compliance to the JLR Way and KWS processes. Driving system compliance throughout the supply chain, by maintaining the purchasing systems to ensure data integrity and therefore system performance.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Essential:

Category B driver's license with solid driving experience
Flexibility for frequent travel to supplier sites (UK, Europe, and worldwide)

OPPORTUNITY

As the Jaguar Land Rover Engineering Delivery Platform (EDP) team we are responsible for the selection, development and support of all Engineering tools (e.g. Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Engineering, Systems & Software Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management) that we use to develop and design our world class vehicles from concept to product delivery. The role is in the EDP Governance and Data department.

We are currently embarked on a major toolset modernisation programme that is transforming the way in which we engineer our vehicles with a view to keep JLR at the leading edge of engineering tools.

As we progress on this journey we are currently looking to expand our team with talented and motivated developers and engineers that will help us equip the business with the world class tools that they need to engineer our vehicles.

You will be joining one of our agile scrum teams as a software developer, working closely with your teammates and customers to deliver working capability at pace.

Essential:
