The Opportunity
Working within this team and reporting into the Digital Look & Feel Product Owner, there is a new role for an experienced digital copywriter and creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills. Working on a variety of projects, as part of an agile squad, you will be responsible for writing and editing customer facing copy, across a multi-channel digital landscape, including app, online and in car, to deliver a customer experience required of a modern luxury brand.


•    Research and understand the industry and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Acting as the voice of the customer, to create original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and that connects with the desired audience and drives the required action. 
•    Working collaboratively with the UX/UI designer, and assisting as required, to create cohesive, accurate and engaging copy for a variety of digital initiatives and channels.
•    Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics curated by brand or target audience.
•    Revise copy based on internal feedback/direction.
•    Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.
•    Be aware of trends relating to modern luxury brands.
•    Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging.
•    Working as an integral member of the squad, collaborate with a team of subject matter experts, from concept development to delivery of content.
•    Stakeholder management – nurturing relationships and working collaboratively with all related stakeholders to obtain buy in, alignment and key approval of content, ensuring all information is accurate and passes through the official sign off process.
•    Supporting the team with finance responsibilities.




•    Passionate about the effective use of language.
•    Minimum 3 years professional customer facing copywriting experience with the ability to demonstrate a solid portfolio of work (preferably in the luxury space).
•    Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
•    Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Powerpoint.
•    Excellent attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy across all tasks with a keen eye and appreciate of great design.
•    Strong communication and research skills.
•    Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
•    Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
•    Receptive to feedback.
•    Confidence to make clear and well-thought recommendations to influence decisions and buy-in
