SALARY: Base salary 2183€ per month, depending on your experience and skills, yearly bonus 0-15% (paid year)

Payroll Manager responsible for manging and controlling the payroll process for the JLR SK plant and operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end to end process for Payroll processing, including the time and attendance data collection and process management
  • Ensuring completeness and correctness of payroll calculation and adherence to internal and external deadlines in calculation process
  • Acting as business partner for the operations teams and department leaders, being point of the first contact for payroll related issues resolution and providing reporting and analysis to drive improvement for absence, productivity and labour cost.
  • Managing the contacts and addressing queries of external bodies in area of TAP, Tax, Social Insurance and other agenda and organizations
  • Managing the service provision and contracts with external payroll and T&A providers’ companies
  • Responsible for liaising with JLR accounting teams to provide necessary analysis of financial data for operational reporting
  • Support development and implementation of improvements and changes to TAP processes and systems, supporting the consolidation of requirements, agreement of scope of work with external providers, and ensuring satisfactory delivery and testing of the changes
  • Provide oversight to ensure TAP processes and systems are compliant with JLR business requirements and Slovak tax and legislative regulations
  • Managing T&A and Payroll team as part of the Nitra Finance MFG team

 

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and robust track record of delivery to commitments and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and track record of building relationships with operating teams
  • Excel competence
  • Working systematic and time sensitive manner
  • Written and verbal communication in English
  • Solid knowledge of attendance rules and payroll in manufacturing organisation in Slovakia
