JOB TITLE:  Agile Delivery Lead

SALARY: £45,000 - £52,000

LOCATION: Manchester

You'll be a leader in an industry transformation, manage and deliver technologies and teams that will change how people use transportation and services. You will be an energetic and enthusiastic leader willing to drive change and practice excellent software management disciplines to deliver innovative and challenging projects to enable our ACES strategy (Autonomy, Connectivity, Electrification and Sharing). 


As part of your role, you will be responsible for the definition and delivery of embedded application products and services, working closely with the development team to define the product and ensure successful delivery in an agile manner. 


You’ll be responsible for the successful definition and delivery of embedded applications, working directly with key business stakeholders and customers. Within the role, you will plan and manage the day to day activities and resources, aligning project deliverables and milestones, and identifying and managing project risks and blockers. Working with stakeholders, you‘ll  ensure all  prerequisites are in place for the scrum team to execute projects as smoothly as possible. 



We’re looking for someone with experience of leading software teams to track and report progress of assigned work packages. You will be practiced in the deployment of project management methodologies to software projects utilising agile approaches. You will need to have expeirence in planning, execution and delivery of software deliverables to meet specified requirements.

You’ll have experience in product ownership and or as a scrum master in an embedded application development team as well as ensuring and promoting quality within the development teams.

You should be a strong communicator who can communicate complex ideas, and someone who freely and proactively shares knowledge with others. 

In addition, we’d like you to have knowlege and experience of developing embedded application software (within C/ Linux / etc).
