What to expect
The position will be for product owner within Assisted and Automated Driving department with demonstrable agile delivery experience to lead the software triaging for our existing and new platforms.
You will be part of a strong and competent team with a complex and demanding stakeholders & supplier engagement and your primary responsibilities will be to evaluate, prioritize, assign the SW issues to the relevant software subsystems and become responsible for the timely delivery of the issue resolution through in house /supplier engagement.
What you’ll need
You will be responsible for the regular tracking of the SW defects to ensure correct resolution with the software teams both internally and externally with stakeholders/suppliers in a timely manner. You will ensure the agile delivery team members understand items in the defect backlog to the level required for resolution. You will be expected to maintain a product roadmap for short, medium and long term continuously evaluating with stakeholders and adjusting in accordance with agile methodologies.
You will have strong experience in SW issue management and resolution in complex projects as well as a strong track record in supplier management, project planning, risk assessment, reporting project / programme status at senior forums. You will take ownership for the product delivery and leadership for the SW triage squad.
Knowledge, skills & experience
Essential
- Previous experience working within a technical environment and delivery of Autosar and POSIX platform.
- Experience within engineering Product Management/ Product Development/ Product Ownership/ Engineering delivery experience.
- Demonstrable delivery of software using agile engineering methods and processes such as (Scrum, Kanban or SAFE)
