JOB TITLE: Robotic Process Automation Project Manager
SALARY: £60,000 - £75,000

In your role as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Project Manager you’ll be responsible for the end to end management of the activity within the RPA pipeline, incorporating the following component parts of the COE (Centre of Excellence):


RPA Engagement:
•    Manipulation and analysis of organisation data to drive engagement across the business
•    Management / Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement to ensure coverage and enthusiasm from across the business
•    Establish and manage KPI’s to drive excellence in customer focus
•    Evangelise the capability of the CoE creating a pull from the business and maintaining engagement of the team


RPA Discovery:
•    Definition of process design documentation maximising the benefits of process automation
•    Review of business case material in support of each opportunity ensuring quality control and appropriate return on investment
•    Customer engagement to ensure buy-in and access to key resource to support process definition
•    Manage RPA Discovery Pipeline to time, cost and quality
•    Manage risks and issues effectively to ensure smooth progress of opportunities through the RPA pipeline
•    Manage all opportunities in accordance with defined governance framework
•    Work closely with other transformation teams to ensure the ‘best outcome’ for the business


RPA Delivery:
•    Manage Delivery Pods in accordance with defined Delivery Standards and operating model
•    Ensure each project is subject to a clear and transparent plan
•    Ensure all required design documentation is in place
•    Manage key deliverables throughout the delivery phase (Object Build, Process Build, Test, Hypercare, Go-Live)
•    Define Go/No-Go criteria and manage checkpoints prior to Go-Live.
•    Ensure effective transition in to BAU / Support




Alongside excellent communication skills, you’ll have the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience. 

You’ll have the ability to lead team in order to deliver successful transformation outcomes. 


To achieve success in your new role, you’ll have:

  • Experience of managing complex IT Projects with multiple workstreams
  • Experience of the IT Delivery Lifecycle 
  • Willingness to investigate and experiment with new and emerging technology, ensuring that at all times the RPA COE is leading edge
