LOCATION: Gaydon, Warwickshire

SALARY: £50,000 - £54,000

Beyond Property, Purchasing, HR and IT, more than being part of our Finance or Marketing teams, beyond even Sales and Service, every role in every business area offers unique opportunities to make an impact on the future of mobility and the automotive industry.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We are increasing our capability and capacity to identify and automate high-volume non-core activities through Robotics Process Automation (RPA), freeing colleagues up to focus on more strategic elements of their roles. As part of our RPA capability build, this exciting project encapsulates process analyst, developer and controller responsibilities, delivering maximum value within the RPA team.

As the RPA Business Analyst you’ll engage with internal customers at various levels to evangelise the use of RPA and its associated benefits.  You’ll determine suitable candidate processes for automation and will ensure process definition and documentation possess a suitable level of detail to enable automation delivery. In this role you’ll maintain the relationship between the customer and the development team throughout the development lifecycle and will also be expected to support testing and hyper care activity.

You’ll stay abreast of emerging and complimentary technologies and will make recommendations to maximise business benefit and to ensure our RPA COE  continues to embrace digital technologies.

You'll be part of a team that understands, listens to and supports you. Offering competitive rewards and a great working environment, we will care for your well-being, work-life integration and your personal development.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll be a driven Business Analyst who has relevant experience throughout the entire lifecycle, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You’ll also need experience in supporting or developing RPA Solutions.

The RPA tool of choice here is Blue Prism, and ideally you will have some form of experience in working either with Blue Prism or with similar RPA tools.

You’ll have a passion for process improvement with strong business acumen and a strong desire to succeed. You’ll be able to quickly adapt the standard approach to one that is suitable for the purpose. Systems thinking and the ability to put process into context across the company, considering the human, commercial, business and technology areas will also be beneficial.

Jaguar Land Rover considers that this role does not meet the criteria to be considered within the Home Office Shortage Occupation list.  Therefore, Jaguar Land Rover will not support an application for visa sponsorship and all applicants for this role must have an unrestricted right to work for an indefinite period in the UK.

SO WHY US?

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan and performance related bonus scheme. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunities for all.
