The Information and Cyber Security Team plays an instrumental part in protecting the business and ensuring the safety of our data. The team works to set expectations, requirements, policies and procedures; acting as a “risk mitigating function,” with compliance aiming to measure the successes of our procedures. 


We would be looking for an individual that can support the Security Governance and Compliance activities within the Governance, Risk and Compliance division of the Information and Cyber Security Team. The successful candidate will be part of a small team working on delivering compliance requirements both internally and on a global scale externally. 


The successful candidate will support in the definition, development, implementation and enhancement Governance Frameworks, key governance and compliance based processes and governance artefacts and be able to communicate these. Working alongside legal, business protection and audit teams as well as third parties to define and embed cross-organisation security governance and compliance processes. 



An ability to work collaboratively across the business and on an external basis, with proven experience in working with external global third party vendor and managed service providers. Strong communication and presentation capabilities, with a professional and approachable demeanour that is able to disseminate Information Security through written and verbal interactions.  


A comprehensive knowledge of external compliance requirements and an ability to define information security processes, functions and practices. Proven analytical and problem solving skills with an aptitude for comprehensively foreseeing scenarios and creating process maps for different situations.


Demonstrable experience in a compliance role within the Information and Cyber Security domain, a clear passion for the domain and a desire to further develop and progress their career in the sector.
