JOB TITLE: ADAS Autonomous Driving Sub-System Engineer

WHAT TO EXPECT

In your new role, you’ll contribute to the planning of overall system delivery, working with the system owners to support build and fleet updates.  Day to day this will consist of the Risk management of system deliver - identifying and containing function issues in collaboration with vehicle engineering and managing timing with the system engineers, managers and timing team.

 

You’ll lead issue investigations and warranty investigations, co-ordinating with control system, hardware and software engineers to ensure robust and timely software deliveries and to manage any issues that arise

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

To be successful in this role you’ll be a highly motivated and self-starting individual with effective leadership skills. With a thorough understanding of system engineering principles and the software development lifecycle you’ll also have experience of software development and in the delivery of diagnostic system strategy and implementation. We are looking for someone who has knowledge real time control systems design, with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.

 

Naturally you’ll have a high attention to detail, as well as motivation to develop technical skills, as this is a fast moving area. You will demonstrate the drive to maintain standards with cutting edge data science tools and methods whilst maintaining an understanding of the technologies that underpin autonomous and assisted driving.
