JOB TITLE: Reporting Specialist
LOCATION: Budapest


The Performance and Planning team are the hub of the Global Purchasing functional data and play a critical role in the Business Management operations team to ensure that the data that we need to manage the performance of the function is accurate and used to demonstrate where we are against the agreed targets and the forward forecast of future performance.



The team works with all of the functional senior stakeholders and HR and finance to ensure that the data held in the central systems is accurate and representative of the functions status. The team is always looking to develop better ways to support the function through the data that we have available to us and this role will help to develop the ways of data delivery to ensure that the function has the data that it needs when the teams need it. 



•    Ensuring that the central SAP data is kept up to date for the function
•    Data repository management (develop and maintain) in a timely manner
•    Working as part of the performance and planning team to make the processes and activities
     efficient and accurate to provide the data required by the functional stakeholders 
•    Support the team with the monthly reporting activities, (Tableau and Excel)
      o    Collation of the monthly performance scorecard
      o    Budget status by functional Director (working with finance)
      o    Functional headcount status (working with HR)
•    Co-ordination of the functional recruitment to track against plan 
•    Interpretation of the available date to identify trends and potential future performance to enable the functional leadership team to implement corrective action as necessary  



•    Proficient in the use of Tableau, Excel and all of the MS Office suite of tools i.e. 
•    Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and independence 
•    Organised, analytical personality with a positive problem-solving mindset
•    Keen interest in data and desire to learn more about data and data transformation programmes
•    Customer focused – ability to determine service requirements and performance measures, and initiate solutions
•    Fluent in English
